Most commonly under temporary work arrangements (Magnar AP employs the worker and assigns them to the user employer). You pay for hours worked, we handle HR and payroll.

Do you provide transport and accommodation?

We work on a temporary work model: we employ workers on our payroll and dispatch them to the user employer. You pay for hours worked, we handle HR, social security, medical examinations, and health and safety.
