Hotel staffing – from housekeeping to front-of-house
Hospitality in Poland faces two realities: strong seasonality (Baltic coast, mountains) and chronic labor shortages in cities. Magnar supplies staff for the full range of positions – from housekeeping and kitchen help, to service, waiters and technical staff.
Under the APT model we employ the worker ourselves and assign them to the hotel – you pay for hours worked, we handle HR, social security, medical exams and occupational health and safety. Seasonal staff available with worker accommodation.
For permanent positions we recruit workers from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Asia (Vietnam, Philippines, Nepal) and Colombia – with full residence and work legalization.
