Who we are

Magnar and Magnar AP have been operating since 2017. We recruit workers for Polish manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and seasonal companies. We operate as an employment agency (placement) and as a temporary work agency (Magnar AP, license KRAZ no. 26115) – in TWA we employ workers ourselves and assign them to user employers.

Our founding team has been working with foreign workforce for over 20 years. We've translated this wealth of experience into streamlined recruitment processes at Magnar: our own partners in source countries, proven legalization pathways, and real on-site coordinator support.

We work with companies ranging from 50 to several thousand employees. Each client gets their own coordinator at Magnar, transparent rates, monthly reports, and real KPIs (full staffing, attendance, 90-day retention).
